Imagine a romcom spinoff of the Rick and Morty show that has none of the charm of the relationship of the og show or the dynamic between rick and morty. This is how the pilot looks to me from the first episode. Artstyle is good but... story is very random to establish a setting very different from the show its based on. I don't think it will be for everyone and those that do like probably haven't seen every season of the real show. You know the animes that get 1 maybe 2 seaons then never get heard of again? (Minus actually working well with all the elements and wanting more episodes)This is how this show feels.
