Codie Mullins

I’ve heard the novel is great and was in the mood for a vampire movie. It delivers on that in the sense it is a vampire movie but the pacing and story were not good. The characters all take turns making up rules for others to follow on how to stop the vampires and it just works. It was almost silly in that regard. Once you get past this portion of the movie, about the first half, and accept that’s just what this movie is it becomes entertaining. It was shot well and I enjoyed the use of color throughout.
