The movie is unbiblical and it’s sad to say that it was based off true events. This pastor was hurting and broken as we all have been at some point in our life. But he was deceived and told a lie that gave him comfort (the lie was that all people go to hell whether they accept Christ or not). So he preaches that lie believing that God spoke it to him. The church that he builds breaks down and eventually he steps down from being a pastor after losing his church. (For understanding) John 14:6 “I am the way the truth and the life: NO MAN comedy unto the Father, but by me.” Revelation 20:15 “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” 2 Thessalonians‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭ “and to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;” But the movie acting was very well done and you could truly feel what they were feeling if they were distressed, sad, angry, confused, joyful, or happy you could feel it all as if you where them. Chiwetel Ejiofor displayed this level of acting very well. The story plot was very interesting and you were captivated the entire way through not really knowing what was going to happen next. The production quality was great and overall the movie looked amazing and ran smoothly. The lighting in this movie was specially very well done. ‭‭
