Was holding hope for this show but the plot holes, unexplained cuts, and lack of action and mystery have done it for me. I don’t know who greenlit this because I’m lost with it. Just watched episode 7 and how did Percy just walk in and know everything? With crusty and where the entrance is, and with who Kronos is in hades palace? Hades is described as someone who is powerful and sitting on a throne of human bones in the book, annabeth just disappeared (this didn’t happen in the book) because of regret? Wouldn’t Grover have the most regret since he caused Thalia to be turned into the tree while he was the protector?There’s no depth to the characters and I get the feeling of ”okay and?”. It’s just too much and I don’t appreciate what happened to this story and I can’t continue watching anymore. I had so much hope for the series… now I have hope an animated version will come out that will finally do it justice because I’ve come to accept that (as fans of the book) we will never get a live action adaptation that portrays the story we know and love.
