Those About To Die...I give it 4.5 out 5 stars. Those who give it 1 star and criticize it because of the sexual and violent content don't get it. I have studied Roman history for years and the aforementioned content was typical in ancient Roman society. So get over it. Hell Spartacus had way more graphic violence and sexuality then TATD. The show itself is well written with outstanding acting and excellent plots among plots. Even though there are historical accuracies it has fictional dramatization, which is fine by me. That keeps the viewer interested. I'm a musician and I like to listen to a soundtrack and this, from the opening theme to the end credits is epic and powerful. Well written, recorded and mixed. Placement of the music was prefect for all the scenes. The only thing that it lacks was the CGI in some scenes. Some were very good but there were some not so good CGI. Overall a fantastic series and well earns the right for a second season.
