In all honesty, this falls really flat. The post apocalyptic world in this show is nothing but a desert with the occasional shack or debris, nothing like what you get to appreciate in the games. The characters are poorly written and yes, wokeism found its way in. Too many naive characters, poor dialogues and mediocre acting. The "vault dweller" (Lucy) is so un-interesting that they spend most of the show in the pre-appocolyptic world to try to come to some sort of interesting storyline, which in all reality, is not. There are a bunch of anti-climatic "plot-twists", several are supposed to be comedic, but again they fall short. As much as the bloody mess perk in the game was entertaining, I did find it a bit much that almost every kill seems to fall in that description. The only positive note I can say, is it made me want to play the game(s) again to forget the staleness of this show.
