The Jewish Journey Haggadah
Connecting the Generation by Rabbanit Adena Berkowitz
The Jewish Journal Haggadah is a beautiful exciting addition to your seder. It becomes a family adventure through songs, stories and photographs. Why is this night different from all other nights is an educational challenge. The miracle of the Exodus comes alive with fascinating explanations. It helps children to understand why in every generation every person is to experience having personally come out of Egypt.
One of my favorite songs Chad Gadya was incorporated in the Haggadah in the Middle Ages. It is a metaphor for the many enemies who tried to wipe out the Jewish people and in the end God would vanquish the enemies.
This is a book that should be bought by all parents, grandparents and other relatives to read, discuss and enjoy with their children.
