This game is 100% pay to win. You can still have fun however if you don't pay don't expect to be top 100 player ever. This game can be very time consuming and cause great amounts of stress and anxiety. However if you feel you just want to be a passive player, there is a play style for that. Overall OGame even in 2020 has lots of potential, however GameForge's #1 priority is making money, rather than making their servers and over all game play better.
