Baldacci fan since day one. Read everything he has written. This book was such a disappointment. While trying to be To Kill a Mockingbird, (even referenced it twice) it was so "preachy, preachy" I could barely manage to finish it. The plot was typical Badachi and could have turned out well, if all the "lessons" had been left to the reader to absorb without spelling it out over and over.
