Wonderful Day In The Neighborhood The director decided to use a dull brown haze for every shot of the movie. Perhaps she thought it would make it look Old-Timey. It made the whole movie ugly to watch. The movie moved so slow I though the projectionist was running it at .5X. I was going out to tell the management when I noticed that Tom Hanks was speaking normally. Not exactly normally. The director decided that he should speak like he just had a stroke. The music was so sappy it could give you a diabetic reaction. Other than the look, the sound and the movement of the film it was a wonderful day in the movies. It’s my nominee for two awards: Worst Movie of 2019, and a Golden Raspberry. Take the cameras away from this director before they shoot again.
