This album.... It sort of like Midnight's and Folklore's love child....
I personally love it, it made me feel so many things, from the gut wrenching sadness she clearly, and vulnerably shares with us... To the anger at toxic people contributing to the breakdown of a relationship she desperately wanted and lost... And the joy of discovering nww once ine a few lifetimes type of love...
This album is a LOT to digest, and it's going to be a while before everyone has fully processed the lyrics and emotions.
Everyone fighting over who the songs are about... Or bashing Jack... This is not what this album was for, yes there were no pop "bangers" on it, it doesn't seem like Taylor has really been in a place to write that type of music... Just listening to "I can do it with a broken heart" tells you that much.
Take it for what it was meant to be, heartwrenching stories about love and loss, and all of the feels... It's exactly what Taylor wanted it to be and it's beautiful and tragic.
All the toxic folks can exit the bandwagon now.
