This game has massive issues with cheaters. The hackers are not just annoying in their ability to cheat in the game, but on PC they are also a potentially dangerous security threat and are able to access the personal information of players including what city they live in and Steam information that they should not have access to. Rockstar has not addressed either issue in a meaningful way as of this time.
