The series began slowly so I wasn’t sure I would enjoy it but I love Cate Blanchett. I was so drawn in wondering why a woman with a child would act this way and so I wanted to see it to the end to understand. I don’t want to say anything more about it other than it is definitely worth watching, painful, sad and disturbing. Things are not always as they seem and if we choose not to not to hear both sides of a story we can cause irreparable harm and heartache.

This film was so good! The beginning was confronting but if you can get past that, it has a really interesting story. The colour, cinematography, graphics and acting was brilliant. It was so good, I would watch it again. Have an open mind and enjoy the ride. I loved her matter of fact approach to life and how it changed as she developed emotionally. The downfall that infatuation brings.
