"Public administration" A Science or Art ? In fact it is a social science indeed. A scientific study of certain group of persons with some particular goals, ultimately to achieve the desired end effect. It may help in decision making but it is foolishness to depend fully on it. The vital part of a good decision making process depends on the personal ability of a decision maker. However, this science or art could be used as an effective tool but not all by itself. Learning has no end. Keep updating, else we become outdated.😀
