I stopped watching Eastenders because of its depressing stories then Coronation street for same reason.Thankgod for Emmerdale with its characters and humour especially the double acts -Charity with anyone,Bob Hope ,Paddy with anyone but especially Marlon.Now we have no humour just misery.Charity a wreck,Cain a wimp,Bob Hope bitter and Marlon wrapped up with a nutty wife.Divorce tears and kids who are wooden actors that’s now the recipe on offer.Not long before I call it a day on Emmerdale.Thank goodness we got Bradley Walsh on the Chase for a good laugh whether with contestants or the Chasers.Not all in life is the misery served up by the soaps

Good idea that seems tired.Think Armstrong is no longer a good front man.If food is mentioned then he goes through the same response every time.He has no spontaneity and lacks empathy with the contestants who sometimes are forgotten about as Armstrong and his mate Richard go off on one to show how clever and witty they are.Pity they are now spoiling a good idea
