Truly truly wonderful film. Shows how life can be so cruel and how unlucky the girls were badly treated. Susan sarandon was magnificent in this film. Showed as well what a beautiful country america is as well and hope one day to go back. Top marks to director Ridley Scott.

Arguably Ridley Scotts greatest film that made Rutger Hauer a legend. Way ahead of its time this and the music is mesmerising. The line in the film near the end 'Its too bad she wont live but then again who does?' even now gives me goosebumps. Tremendous film and one of the all time greats. RIP Rutger Hauer.
