Honestly this book was so vague in expressing the emotions of the characters. I could still feel the angst between them to always find each other and Love each other but what they really lacked was communication. I really felt like the book could have been a little more descriptive about Marianne's emotions as well as conell's because as I imagine them in my head I just imagine blank faces with no emotion saying the dialogues which is why the show does a much much better way of portraying them and giving them life The book was actually pretty good it was very hard not to put down I finished it in one day.
