Good movie to show an impeccable tale of never ending go getter attitude, dedication towards your goals and sportsmanship… But 181 minutes of runtime, the story tends to loose its focus in between, I felt I was lost in between Asian and National Championship preparations… Ajay Devgan is truly outstanding as football team coach except for his constant smoking which gave audience a hint in the very beginning that he won’t survive as it seems that the real person from whom this movie is inspired was supposed to be a Chain Smoker…. New faces / Youngster replicating an era of 1962 Asia Cup gives a rush of adrenaline as if you are witnessing the hardships of the players yourself… This means that they have truly lived up to the expectations of director…. Overall a good decent sports inspirational movie but yes please do not compare it with likes of “Chak De” or “Gold” ……
