My thoughts on this film documentary.......we're all susceptible and vulnerable at different stages of our life, male or female and in particular, from narscistic people who heartlessly manipulate you with emotional love.
I agree wholeheartedly not to be critical of the three women who describe their stories. And before you say 'it'll never happen to me', think again when you've come out of either a series of relationships or a stressful marriage only to find the one who you engage with happens to be like the one 'never before'. This guy was playing the long game and had mastered it.
I commend their determination in not just trying to highlight, spotlight and regain some retribution, but also their braveness to advertise their unfortunate folly at the expense of the naysayers and critics.
There are plenty of people out there who are embarrassed to admit to being victims of such crime, whilst silently suffering both emotionally and financially. This film has broken the ice and if that helps others from similar traps and helps to raise the red flags, then it's been a resounding success.
It was extremely well told and depicted.
This is why I found the story of great interest and gave it 5 Stars.
