I liked the singing and choreography. However, I’ll take the original version, too many political statements in this attempt—if you spend your money and time for this show, you’ll know what I mean. But, having seen it, I would have much preferred spending my money and time on some other movie.

Pitiful, sophomoric film with a story that could have been conceived of and written by a 9th grade C student. Can’t imagine how it received any academy recognition. Sad.

Don’t waste your time! Predictable, pathetic story.
