Usually I never write comment on anything . Feel it is wastage of my time writing comment but I can’t stop myself from writing comment for Imlie . I started watching it coz In start it felt imlie was all ambitious and bubbly kind of girl but they have twisted this show so bad . Before I say how I feel about the show I need to point out that everyone has done really fantastic acting but I feel it is so sad we still are showing these kind of shows in modern India where it is against law to have two wives and main characters been a journalist and fighting for justice totally ignores this fact and marries twice . He been a journalist should have fought for justice like his character claims and nullified first marriage or not married twice . Secondly why is main character not been punished for it . Showing this kind of pathetic story line not only gives wrong image of india but makes things even more worse for women in india .. u should have shown strong women fighting for justice rather than fighting for stupid guy . Not sure what is writer trying to show that india is still backward and women are still suffering . Imlie seems still like a child and rather than helping her focus on studies and achieve something in life. I feel this show is showing so much injustice for Malini but instead of going back, she been educated and independent women should have just file case against aditya character to fight against injustice that he did so that it will give real women of india strength to fight injustice rather than promoting this stupid stuff . Good luck to writer for writing such pathetic story .
