The story itself is solid. The endgame though... After you beat the story, like all looter shooters, you play your way into better gear over time. The issue is you POUR hours and hours into this game and pretty much get nothing out of it. I have enough hours played for a total of 2 weeks 336 hours of gameplay and NOTHING to show for it. I’ve been at a power level standstill basically since it finished. Not to mention the bugs that rendered the game unplayable more times than I care to count. At its core, the game is actually awesome but it feels more like a job than a hobby and that’s IF you don’t encounter bugs that break the game. As it stands, Anthem is a waste of time, waste of money, and overall disappointing.
