It sounds like a small thing, but when I picked up this book I opened directly to page 74 and there was the idea to purchase a bird feeder. I recently bought a new house and was thinking about getting a bird feeder so I finally did. Accomplishing that one small task was like a huge spark of joy that fueled me through my day and gave me the energy to get everything else done. Joy really is important and Halle does a great job of reminding all of us about it's importance and true relevance in all of life. Thank you! Love and Grace, Monica
