It's fun, but it seems like it's made by people who never stepped foot in New York City, let alone in the '80s. It's portrayed with every cliche trope you've ever seen about NYC maybe even Fox news out-of-touch stuff. But like I said it's fun. OMG so many bad New York accents.
As for the general story, it's ok. The family Dynamics are pretty good. The cast is very good.
If you like New York period stuff then enjoy.
