Jasmine wood

This was the first film done with an African American cast and I think it’s so cool that it’s an opera. I haven’t watched the original Carmen but I know it’s a Hispanic story, there were small hints of that in this film but anyway Dorothy is mesmerizing and naughty lol. The ending had me so surprised.. I love it.
