the games devs haven't listened to their player base for years, the devs have been silencing valid criticism/corrections/concerns voiced by the player base wherever possible for years, the devs have slowly made the game more grindy for years, the devs have made the game more pay to win for years all of this has slowly made the game worse for people who pay to play and play for free
