Absolutely amazing! It deserves all the praise and hype. Finally, a period drama centering on three strong ladies each with their story, personality, and character growth. It shows us the value of friendship as they go through trials and tribulations, combating society with their wits, and talent. Life isn’t easy for our female leads, but they take it all in stride, showing resilience, and courage as they fight for what is right. I love the message of this drama. Bravo to the excellent script, directing, and production quality. It is so refreshing to see an entire cast on point with their portrayals and not a single filler scene. From heart-wrenching to heart-warming, this drama is well balanced with bitter, serious, and comical relief. I absolutely adore Zhao Pan’er and Gu Qianfan - watching their love unfold, overcoming life hurdles, and ultimately stepping out of the shadows. This is the role model of a good relationship, so hard to find these days. It was so satisfying. Highly recommended!
