This book is a keeper, a piece of automotive history, the inside story of the development of one of the worlds iconic mass production cars and one of GM's best ever. I first saw the book in the lobby of a tier 1 supplier's manufacturing plant while waiting for my meeting, after skimming through I loved what I was reading and knew instantly that I wanted to have this book. I photographed the ISBN and purchased it on line. It sits under my coffee table in the family room where I can see it and pick it up to refresh my memory of specific facts from time to time, usually when I see a nice example of a Pontiac G8 sedan while driving. I would love to own an Australian built VE Commodore 6.2L V8 with manual transmission. That is on my bucket list.
