This is a brilliant movie that makes a serious attempt to answer the fundamental existential question, as Albert Camus said, ”why don’t we all just kill ourselves?” What is the point of living? This movie argues that we can make our lives more meaningful by making ourselves better and trying to make the world a better place as opposed to being self indulgent, self serving and self destructive.
This is a serious film that expands the work of Frankl and Camus using a palatable, comedic art form that makes it accessible to a wide general public. The more one watches it the more one appreciates its craftsmanship and message.
