Didn't expect this. The movie perfectly portrayed how stressful it is to be a 911 operator at times, it also perfectly told a story from just phone calls. I don't understand why this movie got 1 star reviews, It's probably just because most Netflix users watch shows and movies that revolve around high school drama.
