Marvel really have lost the plot. They used to make feel good films, but not anymore. The very disjointed script just add to the movies lack of appeal. As does the lack of likeable characters. There was a definite lack of continuity between the last Captain Marvel movie and this one. I'm guessing the viewer was supposed to watch one of the other spin offs, if they wanted to understand how things got to where they are. One thing Marvel have gotten into the habit of using is, people who just don't listen to each other. For me, this is evident in the poor story telling. I think it's because of a lack of good ideas, and results in long, boring sequences of silly cgi fight scenes. I was a big fan of Marvel, but no more. They simply don't make them as good as they used to.

Very slow, predictable and rather depressing. It could have been a far better series if they had put some effort into developing a coherent story. Instead they are on a go slow which left me feeling as though, I was waiting for it to begin. Although the characters are all stereotypical, they are well played. The cast is excellent. The general mood stays the same all the time. Just a dreary, dark and wet bleakness that, like the story, left me cold.

The promise this show has at the start is pretty short lived. I can understand why many fans of Breaking Bad would find it appealing. It has the same slow drudgery about it. The story line is not very clear, and there are many plot holes. The fight scenes are very unrealistic. Resembling bad wrestling. Most of the main characters are well acted, Rosario Dawson does a great job, butVincent D'Onofrio is seriously lacking , For the most part, they are very stereotypical and predictable. The overall mood is depressing. There are a few lighter moments, but they don't have enough of an effect on the whole to improve things much. The suspense may appeal to some but, for me, it's added to the slow, boring monotony. There is a small amount of character development, but not enough to make it interesting. This may be enjoyable for anyone who finds the likes of Breaking Bad entertaining, but I wasn't impressed and would recommend giving it a miss.

When you think of how good this movie could have been, it's very disappointing. Bringing back Toby and Andrew was such a fantastic idea. Unfortunately however, what they did with it was very poor. On the whole, it's actually a very depressing film. The death of one of the main characters only making it worse. All the actors were excellent, but the script was one big missed opportunity. The past few MCU movies have been big let downs, and this is no different.
