Fantastic film. Can’t believe there aren’t more like this - based on a real issue with a critical message - yet sadly comics and superhero films rule the stage. I have no knowledge of sex trafficking… I was aware it was still an issue but had no idea as to the extent. I’m grateful for the awareness and will pass it on. I’m also a liberal atheist, and the religious elements did not bother me, in fact the reverse - I appreciated the strength of message and didn’t mind the occasional religious reference- it was not in your face and it was a message that any human being of any belief can relate to. Thank you to the makers and actors and all involved for bringing us this powerful film. And to the lame critics politicizing it – stuff it. I don’t care if Trump supporters like it. There are worse things than finding common ground in a human issue.

Have not liked many of the recent MCU movies, which to me are boring in their simplicity, constant action, and baked formulas. Loved this. Great premise with philosophical ideas. I like long movies that unravel and have some actual storytelling complexity rather than just constant mindless action (while still having plenty of action). Beautiful graphics a bonus in this one. Overall refreshingly unlike other films in the genre.
