This show completely rippes the home owners off. I really feel sorry for the home owners because almost every show I’ve seen they are being ripped off. When I see a budget of $80-90,000 and Hillary always saying “that’s kinda tight”. On other rehab shows like Fixer Upper or Bargain Mansions they practically renovate an entire house on a $90,000 budget, and beautifully may I add. Way better than Hillary. It just makes me so upset when I hear Hillary ALWAYS say “We’re not going to be able to do that or do this” I think they spend all the money on the furnishings, and window treatments. I don’t know but I really hope the show pays the home owners money to be on the show or give them some kinda deal. Oh and the contractor they use the (bald guy) is REDICULOUSLY expensive too. A rip off. I would not advise anyone to be on this show. Next time you watch this show Love it or list it pay attention to how there is always a problem and the budget is never enough or how they are always not able to do a job on the list (usually the owner most requested change). RIP OFF !
