As an avid gamer over the last many years, this was probably the best game I've ever played. The graphics and atmosphere are both so beautiful, the storyline is wonderful and progressive, and the small details this game gives absolutely sets it apart from any other game I've personally played or seen others play (for example: stepping in paint and leaving paw prints, scratching on things, meowing/purring, cat-naps, jumping on things and knocking things over, tripping characters when walking through their legs, amongst MANYYY others). It's wholesome, yet contains subtle elements of horror as you delve deeper into the story; the gameplay can be challenging at some points when critical thinking comes into play, but the puzzles aren't so diffiult that it makes it impossible to solve — I genuinely enjoyed the challenges; there were times I wanted to resort to Google to find the answers to some of the more frustrating puzzles, but I'm glad I didn't because figuring everything out on your own made it that much more rewarding. I loved meeting all of the characters and learning a bit of their backstory while maintaining a bit of self-mystery as you wander around these huge cities as a nameless, backstoryless cat. The game overall is pleasantly balanced, and I endured all sorts of emotions from beginning to end. I cried several times, and I was so sad when it ended because I just wanted it to go on forever. There wasn't a single thing I disliked about this game, and I really hope there's a second one. This was just such a beautiful game and concept. Words can't describe, honestly. I'll definitely be playing it again.
