C grade movies made in 60s with poor technology were much better. At least they evoked laughter. Anyway, only better part of the movie was performances of Bobby Deol, Saurabh and the actor who played Bobby's brother who is killed by Ranbir and of course Anil Kapoor. In fact, Rashmika did better than Ranbir. Her performance when she caught Ranbir with other pretty girl is simply superb.Persian wedding song which I heard years ago was aptly used in this film. Did not get at all impressed with Ranbir's performance. He failed in the opening scene only . In a old man's get up, observe his voice and body language. Sorry, both dont match. His star value might have helped at box office. Nudity and obscene dialogues may help this film to become all time super duper hit.There is no script for this film. What is Ranbir's business, only director knows. Who finances his weird operations?Whenever Ranbir decides to go any part of any country, he is free. Sophisticated guns are available for him and his minions at the cost of a toy gun.In spite of killing thousands of goons in different parts of different countries, not a single policeman is seen anywhere. That "underwear " episode has no connection with the film. Same is true for that huge machine which spews out thousands of bullets per nanosecond. Ranbir kills hundreds of goons with just one hammer. Such scenes u will find plenty in Rajnikant's old movies.Theatre actor Upendra Limaye got a small part. He desrves a noticeable role. Same is applicable to Bobby.If such a film gets huge welcome at box office, i can't imagine what is in store for us in future. Doesnt desrve any star but there is no such option.

Crime Patrol Satark season 1 episodes were excellent in all respects whether it is script, casting, performances, presentation. Dial 100 and Dastak episodes are no patch to satark season 1. Hope the same team be recalled for further episodes.

Watched this movie in the first run at Prince talkies, Vadodara. I was a teenager and got besotted by Supriya. Saw her other movies Begaanaa and Door Gahan ki khoon mein. Suresh who played Dharmendra's bro was once a popular hero. Madhu Apte who stammers in Mohan Kumar's all movies was in fact a compulsive stammerer in real life too. He had a short inning in Marathi movies and played a simple Tom's role till his death.

Performances of all actors are superb,especially Sanjay Mishra.Had it been shot in a studio, it would not have made any impact.For present generation, the pace of the film is too slow and I think which is why it was not successful. It should have been released in 80's along with Sara Akash, Khandhar, Parinayam,Bhuvan Shome and so on.

A story of junior artistes, their struggle, frustration , humiliation superbly directed by Hardik. Performances of all lesser known artistes including a small girl who essayed the role of grand daughter of Sanjay Mishra are great. A scene where drunk, rejected Mishra vents out his anger at some movie star is a reailty.

Taking is absolutely marvellous! Story is like old wine in new bottle. Oft repeated formula of caste clash is served with a lot of garnish.

Congrats to the photographer for superb picturization. Sayani Gupta sang and acted well. Pahwa played a cop's role superbly. He is one of those gems who can play equally well in commercial and non commercial films. The actor who played Nahar Singh, a crime patrol regular , has shown different shades in a very convincing manner. Although Ayushman's college mate has acted well but his role is redundant. A few scenes could have either chopped off completely or shortened in length.Over all I would say it is a good film.

One more feather in Sriram Raghavan' s cap after Johny Gaddar. Everybody performed well specially Tabbu. Last scene shot between Ayushman and Radhika in Europe could have been avoided. The penultimate shot in which Ayushman kicks the can reminded me of Hitchcock's style. Overall, it is a nice movie after Raazi.

This film is meant for small children.It reminded me of yesteryear's film Kranti.Megastars,historical background ....weak screenplay and music and lyrics were not of that era. I was interested to see how small band of decoits( thugs) made mighty Britisher's life difficult. But the film turned out to be a typical hindi film. But, as Indians prefer masala movies, this may turn out to be a biggest moneygrosser, you never know.

Amrita Singh and Tapasi did their job well.Nawaz could have been better choice , after all Amitabh is too repetitive type. A little relief from run of the mill movies. Rating 2 out of 5.
