Warren Chambers

It was a pleasant film, but didn’t pull sufficiently on any of the threads it was alluding to. There was some humour, and some touching moments in the film (Disney always gets me in some way since becoming a dad) but even in the moments where I laughed, it felt like I was doing so out of sympathy and hope for the film to do better. I thought the storyline was loose, and difficult to even see (for an adult let alone a kid), and ultimately, the film leaves you disappointed against what could’ve been a great one. Take the kids if you’re at a real sticking point, but I’d say wait til it hits Disney+
