Truly truly transformative book (especially for those who have fallen out of practice of regular seated meditation due to reasons such as having a life, job, family, not enough hours in the day etc.)
Sayadaw U Tejaniya and Li-Anne Tang have helped me progress so rapidly and simply along the path. The practices recommended in this book are not only practical, easy, and non-dogmatic they are ABSOLUTELY transformative when paired with a daily life awareness/mindfulness practice.
