How can anybody be content with the story.. I grew up loving Venom and seeing him LOOK mean and menacing was a dream come true. Sadly Eddie's goofy, dimwit character ruined the movie for me. Venom is supposed to be gruesome and bloody, monstrous in appearance, and malevolent in his actions. The movie was also restricted by its PG-13 rating and lack of the necessary horror element needed to make Venom, Venom. Truly an underwhelming movie..
