Feels more like a drama produced by Shonda Rhimes. Too much drama sharing on the first episode, especially since the audience is not invested on these characters yet. The Sci-Fi element of the show seems interesting although it was very minimal on the first episode.
If you like sci-fi shows, you might be disappointed.
