Gem.a was brilliant to us completely unstood that my daughter struggled with the busy inviroment and was very understanding also help to hunt down our meal ordered from kitchen so that we could all eat together as children would wait 50 mins for a sandwich from kitchen. Very helpful and made us feel so welcome. She is a credit to you business.
