Sure it wasn't better than the previous movies, but it was very enjoyable and satisfying and it was very nostalgic.

Okay, so is this movie worth an Oscar? No. God no. But is the movie unwatchable? No, again. It's one of those plots that you feel like perhaps with better music or better direction, it could be pretty good. The movie's good for a past time, not a masterpiece, but it's almost there, I quite like the dialogue, whoever wrote the script did pretty well, the cinematography is on point too. The music's a bit lacking. If you wan me to believe that this band could make it big, the music has to be better. I liked the dynamic of the two actors, and the movie doesn't make them lose their individuality despite the generic sounding plot which is good. Overall, not a waste of time, far from it actually. I just think there's room for improvement.

It's a pretty funny show and good for a decent past time, though it's pretty cliche and not something you'd really consider to have a strong fan base.
