Netflix has this weird ability of making the perpetrators look good, and it has done it again. I didnt understand the reason of showing this much emotion regarding a wedding and the fact that the fiancé is still defending him. If it is about a killer, show his past, his reason, his MO, his victim timeline. why are we watching cheesy 2000s lovestory where everything is just hunky dory, then surprise you kill someone in 2 seconds.

This a perfect example of turning such a grave incident into a farce. The characters are not dealt with sincerely, there is no backdrop of the terrorists and no explanations. The main character did nothing out of the ordinary that required the film to be named after him. His only characteristic was getting hurt and arguing with the antagonist just because he turned out to be the antagonist's childhood friend. The RAB and SWAT team just waiting till morning for a negotiation, which is just not shown, the motive of the attack is completely ignored. They keep the girl alive, only to kill her in the end, and turn an innocent guy into a terrorist. Overall the film did no justice. A nation that fought for her mother tongue, more sensitivity was required towards the language, how can a country with Bangla as the national language speak Hindi so fluently all the time is beyond understanding. One star from my side
