This is one of the best devotionals I’ve come across for spending time with Jesus in your mornings. Sarah Young quotes everything straight from the Bible, but makes it feel as if Jesus is talking to you instead of just reading Bible verses. It is very personal and comforting, and has gotten me through some rough places in my life. As you read the introduction, you can see that Sarah Young has had her struggles too, and she helps you relate and get through them by depending on God our Father who will intimately take care of you if you just ask. This is my favorite devotional and I look up and read in my Bible, all of the scripture Sarah bases her messages of God’s enduring love for us. God gives us many gifts and this is one. I have found much peace in reading Sarah’s scripture based messages.
