The weekly meal plans, the week at a glance (meal prep page) and shopping lists have saved me hours of time in planning and preparing our family meals each week and l am saving about $60 per week on my weekly shop following this meal plan. But none of that would matter if the food was terrible and nobody ate it. But the food is so tasty, full of flavour and easy to prepare and there is a lot of variety. I have followed the weekly meal plans as the book is intended to be used and l am currently on week 6 of the plan. The meals are delicious and my ever hungry tradie son who is a picky eater even takes any left overs to work for lunch the next day. This is a fantastic book. Well done Chelsea. Highly recommend it.
