The HALO show is not very good. The writing is mediocre at best. Pacing is non-existant. The visual effects are quite poor and the CGI feels jarring, especially when taking into account how many millions of dollars they spent on it. I won't get into the lore of the HALO series, but it feels like this shows producers didn't bother to pick up a book or play any of the games. Overall an incredibly 'meh' experience for me; if you're a fan of HALO I'd suggest skipping out on watching this disappointment of a show.
