This was a brilliantly written and acted movie that tackles the timely topic of racial differences in this country. Everyone should see it. Jonah and the all star cast hit a home run and I loved it and will watch it again to catch all the hip, hilarious lines and nuances. I don’t understand at all how this excellent film didn’t get a better rating. Wonderful, funny and heartfelt film. You will enjoy every comfortable and uncomfortable scene.

The reviews, especially Rotten Tomatoes, are scaring people away. This was a very good movie and should be seen by everyone. It humanizes Whitney and gives insight into why things happened to her. Great acting by all characters, and of course, wonderful music. Go see it. You won’t be wasting your time or money.
