Some scenes are good...Keira Knightley looks good in some scenes, but is just not the Lizzie Bennet you read about. Rosamund Pike looks better as Jane Bennet than Susannah Harker, but the former does not get to bring out the sharp yet subtle Austen satire of making blind naive declarations about everyone and everything. Did Matthew Macfadyen take botox treatment or something at the time of shooting this movie?
