My wife and I are an old married couple put on to this excellent movie by David Stratton Film Critic. It is realistic of course about the tensions of married life and divorce , especially the special problems with and for children and others including lawyers . At the end we were left wondering what finally happened. Did they get Divorced , what finally happened with custody , did they stay together in then end for the happiness of their child putting there own happiness and ambitions on hold or just what ? I kept looking in vain for a postscript offering an explanation and possibly a tentative judgment on the issues discussed about the unsatisfactory, for us , ending , however my wife said "that is it , why are you reading the long winded credits " . Reminded me of The French Lieutenant 's Wife movie with different endings but here you have to make up your own ending . Very good caste and direction.
