Don’t focus on the sci-fi aspect - this film explodes with brutal reality- the spiritual illness of addiction that leads to crisis, that leads to disconnection. This film highlights the space in between the addicts ego and their spirit and how vast and immersive it becomes as both egos drive thru that space together, losing time and foresaking others. Someone dug deep to make this.

This is different from Walking Dead which makes it AMAZING and engaging in its own suspenseful way. Ive never binged an entire show start to finish before stumbling upon this show. Does not rely on the zombie gross out to carry its momentum. Thoughtfully created, perfectly executed suspense.
