I saw #Alive last year and knew Alone was based on the same script. #Alive is the better movie in every single way. Alone isn't awful and perhaps if #Alive hasn't been made it would be ok but... it is so sexist. The main female role is nothing but a damsel in distress and a potential love/sex motivation for the male lead. Compare this version to the Korean version and it's really quite shocking. I really hated it and I rarely say that about any movie.
